Drop Stitch Top Pattern

A summer staple, this vest features a classic boat neck and hits the hipline, offering a flattering choice to wear solo or as a layering piece. This sleeveless top is worked from the bottom up in the round to the armholes. Front and back are then worked flat and the shoulders seamed for stability. The neckline and armholes are finished neatly with garter stitch.

Recommended to fit a chest circumference of: 76-81 [86-91: 97-102: 107-112: 117-122: 127-132] cm (30-32 [34-36: 38-40: 42-44: 46-48: 50-52] in)

Length (from top shoulder): 55 [57: 58: 59: 60: 61] cm (21.75 [22.5: 23: 23.25: 23.75: 24] in)

Recommended ease: 

Designed with 5–10 cm (2–4 in) of positive ease at chest circumference.
Photographs show the garment knit in Size 2 on a model with a chest circumference of 86 cm (34 in).

Gauge:

27 sts and 33 rnds / rows to 10 cm (4 in) measured over Drop Stitch pattern using 3mm (US 2.5) needle.
