Long Cardigan Pattern

A flared shape in this cardigan is created using short row shaping for a flowing shape that’s flattering and easy to wear. This bottom up cardigan includes classic raglan shaping for fit and three-quarter sleeves, making it a truly versatile layering piece. A simple 3 stitch cable is used to create fluidity and movement in the garment.

The Fibre Co. Cumbria Fingering (60% merino wool, 30% masham wool, 10% mohair; 300 m (328 yd) per 100 g hank) in Catbells – 5 [6: 6: 7: 7: 8] hanks

Gauge:

29 sts and 40 rows to 10 cm (4 in) measured over st st using 3mm (US 2.5) needles.
