This A-line cardigan is worked from the bottom up in one piece, with a beautiful double moss stitch border.

The sweep of the cardigan is due to the insertion of a triangular detail at the back of the garment, adding interest without complication and creating a flattering A-line shape. The cardigan has raglan shaping and the sleeves are worked flat before seaming for stability.

The Fibre Co. Canopy Fingering (50% baby alpaca, 30% merino wool, 20% viscose from bamboo, 183m (200 yd) per 50 g hank) in shade Macaw - 7 [8: 8: 9: 10: 10] hanks

Gauge:

28 sts and 40 rows to 10 cm (4 in) measured over st st using 3mm (US 2.5) needles.
